All of the stones shown here are Garnets

A.   Rhodolite (Morogoro) Garnet - Although the photo does not
show the true beauty of the gem,  I would describe
it's color as a clear crisp light Magenta.  More than
just Pink,  there is a hint of blue to this stone which
       is absolutely gorgeous!

Hessonite Garnet -  Rich golden orange, and no one would
ever guess it's a garnet. This variety can lean into the rich
browns, very much suited to the gentleman's jewelry,
these shown, are a very bright, rich orange with a very slight red        undertone.
C.    Rhodolite Garnet  -  Differing from item A. above,
these are typical of Rhodolite in that they are red,
with a purpleish cast - similar to wine.  These are in
the mid-range of color density, and can be compared
the color of an African Ruby.
Not shown are the Demantoid,
Tsavorite, and Spessartine garnet.
January  -  Garnet
D.   Pyrope Garnet  -  The garnet gem of kings! This stone
is named for "Fire" .  The brilliance of the color and
crisp clarity makes it an elegant choice in the finest
of jewelry. It truely has a "fire" within it. A true red
that isn't usually found in modern jewelry, it is worth
seeking this stone out and making it yours.

E.
Rhodolite Garnet - Another garnet,
this one in a Marquis cut.  Very clear,
although the photo doesn't show the
bright sparkle, the clarity is very evident .  This is most desired in a
garnet.
