Q. I want to use my credit card to order. Can I use it to order LiaFail..items at the new store location?
A. Yes and no. If you have a PayPal account we can process your card online. If you do not have a PayPal account and/or do not want to use your card online, we have an ATM machine conveniently accessable across the street. This is a temporary arrangement until our facility is updated.
Q. I've never used PayPal before. Can't I just send you my credit card number?
A. No. We process all credit card payments with PayPal which is on an incripted and secure server. Your rights of privacy are preserved as well as your consumer rights.
Q. I don't want to join anything to use my credit card.
A. By using PayPal to make your payment, you do not need to join or sign up for anything. PayPal will process your credit card. If you wish to open an account with PayPal, it will make other online puchases with merchants online who accept PayPal, much faster and easier. But you are not required to join.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Please allow 14 days to receive your order. We make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible, however, with holidays, weekends and unforseen delays, it may take a little longer. Should there will be a substantial delay, you will be notified. It should be noted that our shipping standard has been on average a receipt time of from 4 to 6 days from date of order.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or the merchandise you received, please email us at georgia@liafail.org as soon as possible, describing the problem. We will correct any problem or arrange to refund your purchase, and credit it back to your credit card, upon return of the product. It is preferred that this process
be followed so that we can make corrections and issue a refund upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Your shipping invoice has our phone number available on it, should you wish to call us.

LiaFail Jewelry & Gifts has a new location in the historic Veterans Building, listed in the National Registry of Historic Buildings.
Located on the corner of 7th Street and Simpson , we're on the main corridor return from beach cities.
The historic 7th St Theater is next
to us and the Hoquiam River is just down the street. We are looking forward to the Tall Ships calling Aberdeen/Hoquiam their home port in 2012.
